- Select all keyframes and hold the option/alt key to reinterpolate all keyframe positions

- Time Remapping - Assets
- Layer=>Time=>Enable Time remapping
- This allows to control what frame is playing at a certain time. Precomp an animation. You can then customize the movement as a whole...including going backwards. The following shows an example of going from frame 0 to 1:23 to 0

- Motion sketching - Assets
- Create a small solid (100px X 100px)
- Go to Window Motion Sketch
- Click Start Capture
- Once you start drawing on the stage the mouse movements will be recorded
- Select all position keyframes and go to Window=>Smoother
- Change the tolerance value to get a better effect...You might need to reposition the keyframes as well
- To have a more complex object, like a fly with flapping wings, follow the path...bring the comp to the timeline
- Hold the shift key as you pickwhip the Parent mode of the fly layer to the shape layer and the fly layer will reposition directly over the shape
